Mis monstruitos

Quiero hacer más diseños en la linea de las ballenas que ya conocéis, intentaré hacer una serie de personajes imaginarios, mis monstruitos particulares, esto es solo la primera prueba.

La imagen que tenéis a continuación, va a formar parte, junto con prácticamente todas las ilustraciones que habéis visto en el blog, de una colección de papeles pintados y vinilos decorativos que voy a producir, todavía tardaré un poco, porque estoy con otros proyectos y quiero que la colección sea bastante más amplia.

The picture you can see below (and mostly of the pictures showed in this blog) will be part of a wallpaper and decorative vinyls collections that I will really produce. It still will take a little bit, because I am working in some other projects and I want the collection to be quite wider.

Esto va bien

El blog print & pattern, especializado en ilustración y diseño de estampados, ha dedicado esta semana un post al jardín rojo, y a raíz de eso han surgido varias propuestas de trabajo muy interesantes. Así que estoy feliz.

Arrancando

Hola a todos. Bienvenidos al jardín rojo. Hoy inauguro este blog y me hace mucha ilusión, es la primera vez que mi trabajo va a pasearse por internet. Espero que tenga buen viaje.

Antes de nada os voy a explicar de qué va a ir esta historia. Mientras preparaba el material para el blog, decía a amigos y familia que estaba diseñando estampados y creo que cada uno se iba formando una idea diferente. En realidad, lo que he hecho son ilustraciones que pueden tener diferentes fines, algunas las he usado como estampado para ropa, otros se han convertido en papeles pintados para la pared, … bueno, una imagen vale más que mil palabras, así que echad una ojeada.

Vais a ver antes la ilustración y luego la aplicación a prendas de ropa, decoración o lo que se me vaya ocurriendo.

Hello everyone! Welcome to the red garden. Today I open this blog and I’m very thrilled for it. My works will take their first walk on the internet. I hope they have a good trip.
First of all, let me explain you something about this idea. When I was preparing the material for this blog, I told my friends and family I was designing some patterns, and I think each one got a different idea about what I was creating.
Actually, what I did were some illustrations that could have different purposes. Some of them have been used like pattern for clothes, others have become wallpapers... A picture is worth a thousand words, so have a look.

Firstly, you will see the illustrations, and then its application on clothes, decoration or any other thing I can think.

Revoloteando

Esta es mi primera ilustración. Ya veis que se trata de una nueva especie de bichos. Todavía no tienen nombre. ¡pobrecitos!

This is my first illustration. You can see that this is a new kind of bug. They do not have a name yet... Poor thing!



Cuando acabé este estampado tuve claro que iría bien para ropa de bebé. Creo que este modelo le quedaría muy bien a mi prima María.

When I finished this pattern I was sure that it would be great for baby clothing. I think this model will be perfect for my cousin Maria.

Normalmente, no me gustan estos bichos, pero a estos les he cogido cariño.

Creo, que han quedado bien convertidas en papel pintado para las paredes.

Andando por las ramas

Aquí teneis un pájaro a punto de echar a volar, como mi blog.

Siempre me ha gustado mucho este animal. Cuando lo veo, me apetece dibujarlo.

Más caballitos de mar

Como ya he dicho, este animal, me gusta mucho, así que había que darle más protagonismo. Aquí tiene una escena para él solo.

Hay imágenes que veo más adaptables a diferentes formatos que otras. Esta va probar varios de ellos.

Este último, es un vinilo decorativo, que explico lo que es, por si alguien no lo sabe. Se trata de adhesivos que pueden ponerse en paredes como la que veis o en muebles, en puertas, ...donde te guste y tengas una superficie lisa.

This is a decorative vinyl. If someone does not know what it is, I will give you a little explanation: They are stickers which can be placed over the walls (as you can see in the picture) or even on furniture, doors... wherever you like, and wherever you have a smooth surface.

La verdad es que me gusta esto de diseñar vinilos, me gusta imaginarme mi diseño plantado en una pared. Sería algo así…

Son pétalos ¿lo parecen?

Esta es una de esas ilustraciones que me parece que podría tener varias aplicaciones diferentes. Y dirigirse tanto a niños como a un público con un poquito más edad.

Un bosque particular

Esto que veis es otro vinilo. Podría crear un buen ambiente en la habitación de un niño. Sería como vivir en el bosque de un cuento.
Todas las habitaciones que estais viendo, las ha creado Carlos en 3D y ha conseguido exactamente el tipo de espacio que quería. Es un sol. Muchas gracias, gordo.
